Added

Add new session state Standby
- In this mode, the DeepcoreDaemon will have the camera recording, but won't send the data to
  the server.
- Only when the session state changes to Started will the DeepcoreDaemon send the data.
- Using this mode there will be a shorter delay between triggering a recording and the first
  frame on disk. You might even get a few frames from before you triggered the recording.
